Elaine Pagones, Proprietor and Designer, is a graduate of Seattle University's Albers School of Business and a graduate of The Art Institute of Seattle's Residential Design Program. She has practiced custom Kitchen & Bath Design and Interior Design since 1994.

Since opening VILLA in 2000, Elaine has maintained her philosophy of offering only the best products to her clientele. She has created an atmosphere "filled with beautiful displays, where we can educate our clientele and truly fulfill their individual needs". "My goal is to design spaces that are timeless in design and will last a lifetime".

VILLA's designs have appeared in numerous publications including; Seattle Magazine, Seattle Homes & Lifestyles, Premier Living and Portrait Publications. She has been asked to "trend spot" in the 2004 issue of To-The-Trade magazine after visiting the National Kitchen & Bath show. VILLA has consistently been voted as one of the top shops in Seattle Magazine's Northwest Home and Garden publication.
